Transmission Gear Slipping Problems of Kia Motor Sephia

I was driving down the road and the transmission started slipping. Then another day the car died going down the road. I managed to get off the road, and then I got it started back up ,and was going home and the car stopped running again. When I got it running again I took it home, and I am afraid to drive it again. I bought it at a used car dealer and it only had 37,000 miles on it when it bought it. It is not quite 93,000 miles on it now and I am still having to pay for something that I am afraid to drive. I have replaced the brake pads 3 times. The dya it quit running twice with me is Dec. 21 merry christmas to me. I didn't have the money to take it to a mechanic. So I just parked it in my backyard.

Transmission on vehicle was fixed 7 times. The transmission would slip, shift hard and at times the reverse gear would not work. Front rotors warped.

Transmission is not working properly,. Gears have become harder to change, and when driving, transmission will slip at times. Contacted dealer. Please provide further information.

Fuel guage faulty, has been replaced 4 times, brake rotors replaced less than 5000 miles. Transmission slips.

The ignition system is hard starting at times, even right after I got a tune up from the dealer. Glovebox has been replaced once before because the closing mechanism jams and will not open. Transmission has slipped, shifts roughly since new. The brakes grind constantly, dealer has replaced rotors, then replaced brake pads after that, now grinding again.

Transmission replaced twice, wiring to sensor of transmission repaired and grounding wiring to transmission upgraded, however, transmission still slips, it does not shift properly and hesitates when pulling off from a stop. Cj.

Transmission slips ( might happen at any time), and speedometer quit working. Both have been replaced by the kia dealer, but both continue to experiance the same problems. Dealer just says they can't find any cause.

Transmission slipped and vehicle stalled/ malfunctioned. Contacted dealer, and dealer replaced transmission, but problem still occurs.

Have had my car in several times for service and was told that it was the way I dirve. . . I then began taking my car to dale spradley in pueblo CO for warranty service. . . I was told that they reset computer on the transmission and it would have to adjust to my driving again. . . My problem is the transmission slips when cold as soon as you put it in gear. Sometimes does it after being driven awhile and you let off the gas to make a turn it will act as if it is in neutral and then finally drop into gear. It is really hard for a woman to get good service as service department (men) employees think we have no idea what we are talking about. I have been treated vey rude at phil long Ford and recnetly at dale spradley. . . I now have an appointment to have the breaks checked as they are making a horrifying noise when I apply them. . . Something I had ask twice to be checked prior and was told nothing was wrong with them. . . Neither of these dealers have ever given me any type of receipt that my car had been serviced. . . I had to have the drivers seat cuhion replaced as the vinyl side split out and have no receipt of that. All they say is it is on record in the computer. . . I would still like to have a copy for my records.

When the transmission was in reverse, it would pop out of gear into neutral. Then vehicle would stop. Also, abs brakes were replaced twice due to excessive wear to drums. Headlights would have condensation, and dashboard was replaced due to cracks. Vehicle now on third transmission and it still slips out of reverse when backing up.
