Tire Problems of Kia Motor Soul

Size: p205/60r16 my daughter was driving when all of a sudden the front driver tire exploaded while taking a turn on a residential street. There was no nail or puncture to the tire (see photos). We do have a video showing that there is no puncture damage via nail or sharp object, but the video file is too large.

P 195 / 65 r 15 there seems to be an issue with the tires (4) staying inflated my safety was put at risk because vehicle wobbles when I get to a certain speed and I have to constantly put air in the tire daily the problem has been reported to carmax in stockbridge GA the mechanic has inspected the tires I did not get any warnings about the tire pressure until after I put the spare on the vehicle then the low tire pressure sensor came on the date is unknown.

We live in virginia, and we were driving in florida on 12-23-2022, when the tire size 215/55 r17 94v blew up. Car tire pressure lit up and then we heard a noise. We stopped immediately at the gorge of highway 75 and exit number 213. My husband and I were super streesed and in panic mode as the traffic on highway 75 was super heavy. While waiting for what it seems forever for a towing truck, every time a semi drove by, the car was shaking. In addition, the only place available to change our tire was about to close. This issue has never happened before as we take care of our cars. We did not think about taking pictures of the tire, we were only thinking about getting to safety and continuing to our destination. An employee from fdot named stephanie 111 stopped by our car to let us know there was a camera from their office right behind our car. We did not keep the tire as we did not know it was a requirement from kumho to honor their warranty. We got the tires from the dealership we bought the car from. The dealership never mentioned kumho's warranty. I learned about this requirement after I reached out to kumho. Our car does not have a spare tire as most of car don't come with spare now days. We have a receipt from costco to show the purchase of a new tire date 12-23-2022. Kumho will not honor the warranty as we don't have the tire and we have now been obligated to purchase 3 more tires for our safety. We don't feel safe with these remaining kumho tires on our car. This experienced was super stressful for my total and permanent disabled veteran husband and me.

The size of the tire is 235/45 r18 94v I was driving my car in my neighborhood and all of a sudden my tire went flat. I took it to be repaired and it's blown out on the side and can't be repaired. I have on a little over 14,000 miles on my car and have had regular maintenance. I don't think my tire should have blown.

Submission from re NHTSA safety complaint on kia Soul 2013 the consumer stated while driving, the right front passenger tire went flat. The wheel and rim were bent. The dealer stated, the consumer must have hit something in the road. However, the consumer disputed that notion, stating there was a recall on cadenza wheels, as they were prone to cracking, if a pothole was hit.

Tl. The contact owns a 2011 kia Soul with nexxen tires, size 225/45 r18. The dot was not avthe contact stated while driving 30 mph the contact pulled the emergency brake to stop the vehicle. After stopping the vehicle the contact notice a significant amount of tread on the tire. The contact called the vehicle manufacturer and the manufacturer gave the contact the phone number to the tire manufacturer. The contact the tire manufacturer and they stated to the contact to send picture of the tires to their headquarters. The contact sent the pictures to the manufacturer and has not heard from the manufacturer at this time. The contact stated these tire do not meet federal safety standards and will cause a crash. The failure mileage was 7,000. Jo.
