Engine 💡 came on imidiately after pulling out of dealership. So I CA"ed them and they stated it wasnt anything to worry about. Several customers were calling in about the same issue. They said it was just the change in weather and the gas cap. They reset engine 💡 several times. No sooner than I would pull off the lot, it would come back on. Then I ask them for an auto check history report showing odometer desciipancies. Roll back calculations. The radiator is cracked, the emergency brake doesn't work, and the brakes and stuff are bad.

The contact owns a 2005 kia Spectra. The contact stated that while traveling 60 mph, the engine failed. The contact stated that the vehicle started to overheat and exhibited a knocking sound prior to the failure. There was a leak in the radiator that caused the radiator to run dry and not send coolant to the engine. The vehicle had not been to the dealer or repaired. The VIN was not available. The failure and the current mileage was unknown.

I have an issue with kia USA honoring my warranty for damage done to my car in which I am not at fault. They have made allegations as to the problems which are untrue from my stand point and I am 23 year old single mother with no vehicle now. I have made many attempts to have this issue resolved and it has been almost 2 weeks and still had no resolution.
