I own a 2008 landrover Lr2. The vehicle (automatic transmission) went into reverse when put in drive. This problem occurs intermittently. The dealership and landrover's corporate office were both contacted. They stated that "it is impossible" for this to happen and will not even allow a technician to open the transmission to look for the cause. The is a dangerous situation and the manufacturer is taking no action to remediate or investigate the problem.
