Failure Date: 03/26/2005

Consumer states that at night there was a time delay in the headlights when being shut off. If the trunk was propped open only 1/8 of an inch the lights stayed on until the battery iwasdead. Took vehicle to the dealership and they unhooked the time delay. The battery died twice because of this only in the nighttime.

2 Battery Dead problem of the 2001 Lexus ES300

Failure Date: 04/17/2001

Battery has died out several times since April of this year. Contacted dealer, and the dealer stated that there was nothing that they could do but keep replacing the battery.
