Ignition Problems of Lexus ES300

Electricity discharges from ignition key area on steering column and door after turning off and exiting vehicle. I took car in to superior Lexus to determine the problem and they could not figure it out. I continue to get electrical shocks from my 1998 Lexus Es300 today.

When driving at a low speed, the vehicle surged forward. The consumer took the vehicle to the dealership for inspection on five separate occasions, but the problem continued the dealer acknowledged the situation but did not know how to fix it. There was excessive belt squealing in the morning, the brake pedal pulsated and the key would no turn in the ignition.

Vehicle fails to start. Engine warning lights go on and off. Dealer unsure of problem with car. Replaced sensors, but now wants to replace ecu. Vehicle fails to start intermittently.

Accidentally left car in park and was able to release key from ignition, unfortunately the vehicle began to roll backwards down the driveway resulting in hitting a tree.

The car stalls and pauses in traffic. The car has rough vibration when the gears shift. The dealer said the computer was designed to operate in that manner and that there is presently no correction for the problem. The dealer acknowledged the problem, but refuses to replace the car or to buy me out because this problem has not resulted in any fatalities.
