Gasoline Engine Problems of Lexus ES300

I just recently purcharsed this car and I am already $1000. 00 in the hole and looking at $2000 just to be able to drive it. It was a lemon from the start and nobody is willing to cover are assit with the repair just trying to see what legal options I have . I have'nt made a payment on it yet ,but it's undriveable at this point. No safetyd efect listed.

Engine fire.

The vehicle oil light illuminated and smoke began to come from the rear of the vehicle, the consumer soon found out the car had a sludge problem which eventually caused the engine to fail, attorney for client. Nlm.

During early morning starts when accelerating rpms were around 1700 to 2300. Consumer heard a very loud pitch. , unsure of the location of the noise. Consumer has contacted the dealer. Dealer was unable to determine the cause. Please provide any further details.
