I don't remember the first time I reported it to Lexus because I don't have the paperwork with me at this time. I have reported problem several times with Lexus of America. I have taken the vehicle twice to Lexus dealer with no avail. The issue is that the dashboard is melting and falling apart. Due to the melting when im driving during the day I can't see clearly because of the glare in the windshield. This is a driving hazard. It gets worst and worst. I have read many complaints but no recall. I notified progressive ins to see if they would cover it but they won't. Please I would really appreciate any help. Thanking you for your prompt attention tot his matter, I remain.
