Engine And Engine Cooling Problems of Lexus IS - part 2

I was driving on a local country road at about 15-20 mph (having just come out of a sharp turn). When I stepped on the accelerator after the turn, it suddenly began to "gun", at which point I stepped on the brake and to my horror got no response. I kept my foot on the brake, but the accelerator continued to rev or gun horrifyingly and the car continued to speed up. At another sharp turn I went off the road and sideswiped a tree, drove through the bedroom of a house (in one wall and out the other) and finally stopped in another tree. After an hour of police, fire, and other emergency personnel attempting to extricate me from the car, they had to remove the roof of the car to get me out of the vehicle. I was airlifted to the nearest hospital with a trauma center, where I was diagnosed with a fractured sternum, three broken ribs, two fractured vertebrae, and a lacerated liver. I was in the hospital for three days, after which I was released with a custom-fitted back brace that I was required to wear for the next six weeks. Fortunately, I was not permanently injured, but I suffer back pain regularly as a result of the fractured vertebrae.

When coming to a stop or when at a stop, my car would shake very hard as if it was going to turn off. Fortunately, it never has. I would have to put the car into neutral to stop the shaking or it would stop on it's own after 10-15 seconds. During this time, no lights have ever turned on to indicate there was a problem. The first time this happened was in late July 2009/ early August 2009 and ever since then, it would happen at least 2 times a day. My car has been in the shop multiple times for this Issue.

Brand new owner - first owner at time of lease/finance terms and conditions. Car accelerated numerous times during ownership that caused harm to both my young son and I life, placed us in harms way and accident occurred in California due to faulty emissions, acceleration out of control, and braking problems. This Lexus was dangerous, unreliable, caused mental and emotional Issue coupled with anxiety. Lexus was negligent in handling numerous Issues and concerns reported to dealership and has done nothing to compensate me for their multibillion dollar settlement to date. I need compensation of torment, poor performance, lemon laws associated and punitive damages, hereto. What are next steps? sincerely, aleshia hunter.
