Door Problems of Lexus IS250

For several years now my dashboard has been very sticky in the daytime which causes a very bright reflection / glare. The side door panels also are like deteriorating and easily scratch and peel off. The vehicle is very sticky and leaves a black / dirty mark on your hand if touched.

The door panels from front and passenger side are melting very bad. If I stick my nail by mistake, nail goes through and I get the sticky black rubbery material in nail. I pay too much for the car and Lexus only replace the dash board because it was also melting.

The contact owns a 2006 Lexus is 250. The contact stated that the vehicle had an abnormal odor and oil was leaking from the panel of all the vehicle doors. The contact stated that the rear passenger and front driver side door panels leaked more oil. The failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. There was one injury that required medical attention. The two year old child touched the oil and rubbed it on the face, which resulted in severe coughing and vomiting. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 95,000.

My whole interior is melting in my car. Large wet spots on dash that make visibility nearly impossible when the sun is shining in the car on the dash board. The cars door panels also have the same issue, which black residue gets on the skin and clothing after brushing up against it. The car is a safety and health hazard and the local Lexus dealership as well as the corporate office will not step in and own up to their defective interior. I have told them multiple times that this is a safety issue and they have no concern and tell me they deny any assistance because I am out of warranty. Please help!.

Approximately 3 years after purchasing this vehicle, the dashboard and the doors started to get very sticky. When I inquire about this with the dealer in March of 2012 I was told there was nothing they could do, that I needed to have it replaced at my own cost. The problem continues to get worse as the dashboard/doors are melting and are also cracking.
