I was in the Toyota advantage dealer in barbousville wv to see why my park assist after replaced are stating there still out per Toyota I need a wire harness that’s on back, back, back order now that’s two critical items my car needs and I’m in a new place where I need gps to work and no one has any ideal when the parts will be available for the wire harness nor the air bag well per Lexus just wait that does not work for me.

First, we are a victim of fraud and scam and are distressed since day one and loss of thousands of dollars. After searching and reviews, we bought a 2015 Lexus Rx350 for family use from a seller who had owned this vehicle for over five years but the seller never disclosed and represented in the sale of this vehicle that it was rebuilt and had engine front cover timing gasket leak! they said it was clean title and didn’t have any issues. Plus the blind spot sensors had issues. The same day these problems were recovered after we bought it and from the same first day we tried to return the vehicle and used all other option legally from day one till now to resolve it with the seller, but they didn’t want to resolve neither return it or fix the problems with vehicle but they kept denying. Vehicle been sitting in parking lot since the first day of bought and never able to register and it’s been over 8 months. Also found out, these year models like mine 2015 Rx350 timing cover leak were common problem back then. I’m desperately asking to issue a fix remedy by Lexus or Toyota therefore, please help with this. . Thanks in advance!.

Safety concern: engine timing cover oil leak. Blind spot warning malfunction.

I bought vehicle on may 31, 2023. In October 2023, while I was driving, a warning came on saying system malfunction, to visit dealer. I left my car with Lexus dealer on Friday, I didn't get my car back until the following Tuesday. Then it happened again on 11/28/23 again the warning light came back on indicating system malfunction, visit dealer, and received the car back on 12/4/23. My vehicle is only 4174 miles.

Car turned on and no driving yet. All vehicle alert signs popped up. This is brand new car. Warning signs including: anti-lock brak system advanced ultrasonic detection parking braking system pre-collision system blind spot monitor these signs are constantly popping up without any hazard condition. Lexus keeps refusing to do thorough exam because they keep stating there is no issues with the vehicle.

On 6/03/23 traveling nb on bannock st during a green light to make a left turn wb on w littleton blvd. The defendant ran a red light and broadsided my 2001 Rx300 Lexus and was cited. The airbags did not go off, and my head hit the windshield. The defendant was cited. I filed a claim with Toyota , case no 230621002014 who inspected the totaled car at the yard tow. They stated they were unable to read the black box. They declined. There were side airbags and front air bags which should have deployed and did not. Note: picture of inside of car, the car seat moved all the way to the drivers door - no airbags deployed.

When I press on my brakes they make a loud roaring sound right away. Usually when brakes are about to go out its usually a squeaky noise then it will go to loud roaring noise. There has not been an indicator on the dash about any issues with the vehicle. I found it rather odd that the brakes made the roaring noise immediately. It didn't squeak at all. I would like for this matter to be looked into. There is no way there should be a brake system failure right away. The schrader valve has a crack and freon is leaking out of and the air is not blowing cold air.
