Automatic transmission. . . . No previous signs or signals of fault. Turned left in front of on coming traffic and transmission slipped out of gear. Later found that the transmission will not shift from 2nd to 3rd . It now happens all the time.

Vehicle experienced problems with sudden acceleration and jumping out of gear. Provide further details. Consumer ended up going through back wall of garage on one occasion, consumer states sometimes the rear tires would spin out of control even with foot on brake and the only way to stop sudden acceleration was to turn the ignition off, dealer convinced cosumer to lease another Ls, however consumer is concerned what will happen with the other vehicle, if it would be sold and someone could be harmed.
