Takata recall - I have 2 Lincoln Mkx vehicles, a 2010 and a 2008. The Lincoln dealership that I have called for one has been waiting on parts, apparently since the recall in 6/2016. I have called the companies listed on the airbagrecall. Com website and none of them in my town do the airbag recall replacement. This recall seems to involve a very dangerous and life threatening situation and I would like to know where I can get the airbags in both of my vehicles replaced. The length of time that this has gone one is unacceptable.
"takata recall" received recall letter many months ago. Dealer says no remedy yet from takata. Received December 23, 2017 a bankruptcy chapter 11 notice from tk holdings (takata). Checked with dealer again and there is no remedy for this since original recall number 16s26, June 2016, NHTSA recall number, 16v384. Considering the seriousness of this recall, when can the consumer expect this to be corrected.

Takata recall. I have been calling Lincoln on a regular basis for 2 years hoping to get my airbag replaced. I keep getting the same old story of "it will be ready in 4-6 months". The date keeps getting pushed out. They need to expedite these repairs.
