Appliance Tv/radio/speakers Problems of Lincoln MKX

The contact owns a 2013 Lincoln Mkx. The contact stated while driving 70 mph the radio was playing, but you could only hear it from the back speaker. The contact turned the volume up a little to hear it in the front. As the contact was merging onto the highway, the speaker in the front started working with increased volume. The volume was so loud it startled the contact causing the contact to jump and jerk the steering wheel. The passenger suffered a panic attack and passed out with eyes rolling back in his head. No warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed by the dealer and was not repaired yet. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.   the failure mileage was approximately 145,000.  .
