Front Driver Side Air Bag Inflator Problems of Mazda CX9

Takata recall VIN: jm3tb38ax90167041 I have repeatedly called the dealership (suburban auto collection of troy - michigan) suburban Mazda of troy for the past 1-2 years asking them to check and see if our vehicle is on the takata airbag recall list and they have confirmed everytime that it was not. I checked the NHTSA website and confirmed that their is an active recall on the airbag for our cx-9. We were not called or informed (as they said they would do). We did not receive the proper notification from takata or the Mazda dealership. Our vehicle was either apart of the recall from the start or it was added later when the recall was expanded, however we never received anything telling us to have the airbag inflator replaced.

Received recall notice for passenger side air bad in July 2016, and have made three attempts to have the repair done, each time I have been told the parts are not available. In August 2017, I received another recall notice for the "final repair using a modified inflator. . . ". I am disappointed with the response I've received and will try again, however I don't think a year long wait for an air bag replacement is reasonable or acceptable.

"takata recall" received back in March 2017 the safety recall for passenger air bag inflator replacement - safety recall 0717a / NHTSA 17v012. Two additional times we contacted, by phone, Mazda / dealer to request repair of the defect-free of charge-"within a reasonable amount of time" and have no results so far. On August 21st, 2017 we received "auto airbag settlement" notice. What is considered to be "within a reasonable amount of time"? what should be done to resolve this issue from this point on?.

Passenger air bag inflators replacement - safety recall 0717a NHTSA 17v02 has not been replaced and I am going on long trip Saturday and asked local dealer multiple times for help. No accident has occurred. I just need it fixed prior to Saturday's trip.
