Gps touchscreen developed cracks described as inside-frosting or spide-web. Mazda had a recall for 2015-17 years models for the same problem, but they are reluctant to recall 2018 models. In 2019, Mazda discontinued selling touch-screen gps, but it refused to extend recall for 2018 models. I took my car to the dealership and the cost of repair is $2400. The dealer did not find any damage caused by external force. Hence, this is the same recall issue with poor hardware and craftsmanship. I would like to ask NHTSA to compel Mazda to do a recall for Cx9 2018 gps touchscreen.
