The contact owns a 2007 Mazda, Mazda5. The contact started the ignition and detected that the power steering would not function. There was no prior warning. The contact proceeded to drive with difficulty turning the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the vehicle was repaired at the owner's expense.
