Tire Blowout Problems of Mazda MAZDA6

I purchased new tires and had installed at costco on August 1st 2016. I went to have the tires retorqued at costco on August 12th. On sept 1st I was driving northbound on a city parkway street so mostly straight roadway with some gentle curves at approx. 50-55 miles per hour, when suddenly my steering wheel started to shake, then weaving left to right, I tried to regain control by steering straight and apply brakes to slow down but that just made it worse and the car began spinning out of control across the roadway until it finally landed to a stop on the bank off the side of the road. Several people stopped at the scene to make sure I was ok. A couple that lived near by said they heard a loud boom. . . A police officer also came and stayed with me while I waited for the tow truck. The driver had said that he believed the front tire may have blown, it is currently flat and my vehicle is no longer driveable.

Dear sir I have recently bought a new Mazda 6 car fitted with dunlop tires sp2050 . While I was driving on the high way the right front tire blew out and causes a hole between the tier wring and the surface that touch the road. Although the car was moving about 80 kmph. My family and myself life was exposed to danger when this incident was happened. The car is brand new it was made only 16,400km. When I went to claim for tier replacement but both Mazda and dunlop agents denied responsibility that this is a defective tier.

Right rear blowout driving out of my driveway. The blowout was on the inside of the tire and I didn't hit anything. I just heard a loud pop! the tire size is p205/60r16 . This is on my 2006 Mazda with only 25,000 miles. The tread is excellent. I have read of hundred of cases where michelin tires are blowing out on newer cars. What the story. Are you guys supposed to protect the consumer or not ?????.

Rear driver's side tire blew out while driving at 60 mph. The rear inner side came out, consumer lost control of the vehicle, and vehicle ended on the shoulder of highway. Michelin radial xse, p205/60r16-914 , dot# unknown.
