Vehicle went backwards even after consumer put the gear into park. When the consumer got back in the car after leaving it running she noticed the engine oil pressure light was on, but thought nothing of it. The consumer was unable to stop the vehicle until it came to rest on its own after rolling in a ditch. The dealer was unable to duplicate the problem.
The vehicals tacometer was fluttering and the vehical was stalling at lights and stop signs the check engine light came on and we brought the vehical to the dealer. The dealer repaired the problem stating the intake manafoild gasket was cracked. Just barely over the warenty we fold a engine problem of this nature odd as well as the dealer did. We are seeking some kind of returnded funds from Mazda for the expensive problem.

When driving speedometer reading goes from 60 to 0 still with forward movement, causing vehicle to jerk forward/ hesitate also, consumer noted overdrive button flashes off and on the instrument panel. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer has replaced the transmission and also a computer chip, problem still occur. Please provide any further details.
