One problem related to engine shut off without warning has been reported for the 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My vehicle shut off while I was driving on a main street. Two minutes later I could start it. Then next day I could so I took it to a trusted mechanic and was informed about recall. It hasn't started since. The mechanic isn't certain about exactly the problem but said there was some misfires on sensors. Unknown exactly what's wrong. I did get a letter in the mail about a recall offered to me if similar conditions happen.
