Tire Blowout problems of the 2007 Mercedes Benz E350

The contact owns a 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. The contact stated that while driving 72 mph, the driver side rear tire blew, causing the contact to lose control of the vehicle. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and replaced the failed tire with the spare. The vehicle was then taken to the dealer who stated to the contact that the warranty was expired due to the mileage of the tire being over 12,000.
