Five problems related to tire have been reported for the 2007 Mercedes Benz E350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
My vehicle wears the insides of front and back tires. Have done wheel alignments, toe-ins and other remedies. The problem with this is that your tires wear down prematurely and the unsuspecting driver drives and the tires wear down to the threads and explodes. This is because they did not expect their tires to last half or less of the thread life due to this unusual wear, and no one can figure out why this is happening. Also, because of the area that it wears the average person would not even notice it. Vehicles going highway speeds (55-70 mph) could have blowouts and kill themselves and others on the road.
Tire is out of round. Brand is radar 245/40/18. Asked sears and radar for help regarding my safety and have been ignored more then once. As I see it they are in collusion to protect themselves from any legal implications. Please not the tire in question is a verenti r6 sold by sears which is not on your drop down.
Tire exhibits choppiness. While operating vehicle steering wheel rocks. Car dealer said it is a sign of a cheap tire. He suggested replacing it with a better tire.
Continental pro 245/40 r18 93v keep blowing out on me 5th tire in less then 2 years.
Driving on i95 in westport CT. Excellent daytime driving conditions on smooth, dry road. Speed 60-65 mph. Rear driver side tire literally exploded. To the best of my knowledge I did not hit any debris. No potholes, bumps, etc.
