First thing I did I made I search online , I found that many people are mentioning this problem . And some made a diagnosis of steering control unit malfunction . One person called the dealer , test the vehicle , and made a recall . He gave gave a phone number to call 18003676372. My son called that number and asked for this particular recall , and mb of USA denied any recall for this problem.
