The contact owns a 2000 mercedes-benz Ml320. The contact stated that while driving 20 mph, the check engine warning light illuminated and the vehicle began to lose power until stalling. The contact was unable to restart the vehicle and it was towed to an independent mechanic where the contact was awaiting a diagnosis of the failure. The manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. The failure and current mileage was approximately 110,000.

The contact also owns an e320 which had the same failure last year. If the air mass sensor is not replaced, further damage can result to the engine.

It started in February 2005, and had it replaced. The catalytic converter weld completely separated. The problem started in December 2004. Complete separation happened in April of 2005.
