I was in an accident rear ending another car (straight on- nose to tail of other car) at freeway speed (55-60) and the breaks seemed like they were spongy/soft (my best description) and at that speed and direct hit my airbags should have went off, it was a pretty solid impact so much my front end and hood, frame bent.

I keep experiencing the "pre-safe limited" warning. The car break starts fading, and the check engine light remained on the working conditions. This situation is so unsafe because the car becomes heavy and the steering turns hard to maneuver.

Driving 45mph approaching a stop, I hit the brakes and the car started to slow. Then the car lurched and accelerated by its self. I pushed the brake harder and tried to pump it but nothing slowed the vehicle. The brakes felt as if they were not working at all. When driving on a local street between 25 and 30 mph, the car suddenly applied strong braking force by itself (my foot was not even on the brake pedal at that time). I have a 2009 mercedes ml 350. About a week ago, my break fluid light came on. I took it into the dealership, and they topped the fluid off. A few days passed, and the light went on again. I took it into the dealership, and it was verified that "the pressure drops after several minutes. (they) found the line into the abr pump was leaking. R&r pump to inspect lines and found metal line deformed at flare".

My abs system is broke in my ml 350 Mercedes Benz 2006, it only 3 years old I purchase it in 5/2006. Its not under warranty because it has 64,000 miles, this is still a safety issue and the abs system I was told by a mercedes service manager this rarely goes out on a car, but why no one wants to fix it. It costs 3300 dollars to fix.
