Defogger Problems of Mercury Grand Marquis

Tl the contact owns a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. While the vehicle was stationary, the air conditioner fractured and caused the defroster to become inoperative. The a/c electronic actuator motor controls the a/c and defroster. The unit failed so that during defrost mode only cold air was available.
