Headlights began not working intermittently, and now do not go on, but high beams still work without issue. Seems very similar to recall 15s39, which was repaired on my vehicle in 2015, but became an issue again about a month ago. The car has only accrued about 10,000 since it was last repaired.

Lights going on and off I read recall on the lightning control module for my 2005 Mercury marquis. This happens in motion on interstate. Safety hazard could cause me to wreck.

Was driving down hwy 12 at night September 26 2019 and all I remembered was my lights shutting off due to lighting control module which I learned after the fact didnt have major accident but did hit small ditch and bent up my bumper.

Lights go off. Both stationary and moving. Very scary. Contacted dealer and the said they can't get the recalled part for my car. The lighting modgule.

The car has 87934 miles on it. When driving over 50 miles a hour it jerks and shakes the check emgine light will start flashing the coolant loght comes on then dies but will start right back up. Then coolant levels are fine. The license plate light does not work replaced bulbs and fuses.

My vehicle was recalled, and the recall notice states go to any Ford dealer. I went to pegues-hurst motor company 200 spur 63, p. O. Box 3686 longview, TX 75606 (903) 758-6211. They did the repair, but when I picked up my vehicle the auto lamp no longer works. I reported it the next morning and the service advisor, luis a cavazos said the technician terry l. Bates, told him it did not work when he drove it in to the bay. I told him that was not true and that I know that it worked when I dropped it off because I always kept my auto lamps on and it was dark when I left my home to drive to their dealership. I arrived at their dealership at approximately 6:50 am, December 05, 2017 and their service department does not open until 7:00 am. Their lights were still out and I was the second vehicle there that morning. I told the service advisor that the module kit they put in must be defective or he hooked something up incorrectly. In essence they are calling me a liar, cheat and scam artist. I spoke to the service manager and I got the feeling they were not taking responsibility so I lost trust in them and asked for the general manager of the dealership who was not there at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 07, 2017. I asked them to have him call me and they said okay. Later that day I was told he was on vacation until Monday, December 11, 2017 and as of today, Wednesday, December 13, 2017 I have not heard from them. I had my personal mechanic check and he believes it is the module they put in that causes my auto lamps to no longer work. The amber lamps still come on and the dash board still lights up and the dome lights still come on when I unlock the care with my remote control. This company is calling me a liar, cheat and a thief. I never had a problem with the car or my auto lamps. I am not a thief or cheat as they have implied.

My car's light model has been recalled but mine failed before recall. I had it repared locally by a non Ford shop. At the time of my recall I had over the 250,000 miles allowed on the car. The local Ford shop (woolwine collins ms) refused to repair my car or reinburse me for my repairs I had done about 6 months before the recall.
