In March 2003 while driving 52 mph vehicle was involved in a collision where front end was damaged, and front air bags did not deploy. Dealer stated that front air bags should have deployed. The vehicle check engine light illuminated and it's experiencing problem with the egr valve and fuel pump.

My wife was involved in a frontal collision at 25 mph. Air bags did not deploy. Damage to car was $12,000. 00. She suffered soft tissue injury to neck and now is in constant pain. Car was repaired by dealer, we now have an almost new car that we do not feel safe in.

Front collision at 45 mph, drivers airbag did not deploy, passenger airbag deployed. Damage to vehicle was 5000 dollars. .

Consumer was involved in a 30 mph side impact collision in which the driver and passenger front airbags failed to deploy. Consumer's vehicle was not equipped with side airbags, however the front airbag sensors should have been triggered because side of vehicle was smashed. Dealer has been contacted. One person was injured in the accident.

All four passengers sustained injuries;. The contact had a fractured spine, and the others sustained bruising and whiplash. The vehicle has not been inspected by a mechanic to determine why the airbags did not deploy.

Consumer was traveling at approximately 65 mph under rainy conditions when vehicle impacted a concrete embankment, sloping concrete under an overpass. Frontal air bags failed to deploy. Dealership has not examined vehicle, and no determination for this defect has been made. Please provide any additional information/attachments.

Engine without warning accelerated tremendously causing the car to strike first the curb, then the library wall, causing considerable damage to car and library wall, airbag did not deploy.

Consumer was driving over 50 mph on highway, and in between two 18 wheelers. The 18 wheeler on right hand side hit vehicle on side. Then, pushed vehicle into another 18 wheeler on left side. Then consumer's vehicle hit a pickup truck with front end. Upon hitting median, bumper broke in half. Also, dual airbags did not deploy,causing injuries.

While traveling 50mph a tire had blownout, vehicle hit guardrail twice. Front end smashed. Dual air bags failed to deploy upon impact. Driver received 6 broken ribs & some brusies. Vehicle towed to repair shop.

While driving on highway at 55 mph, suddenly steering wheel went out of control to the right, causing vehicle to do a 180 degree turn, then rolled over two complete turns. Upon impact, air bags failed to deploy, resulting in minor injuries. Dealer/manufacturer have been notified.
