While driving 45 mph consumer stated when stop suddenly and brakes/ steering wheel locked up. Consumer also stated consumer rearended another vehicle. Contacted dealer and dealer stated nothing wrong with brakes. Please provide VIN#.

While driving 45 mph consumer stopped suddenly and brakes/ steering wheel locked up. Also, vehicle rearended another vehicle. Contacted dealer, and dealer didn't know why steering wheel locked up.

Consumer was driving at approximately15 mph on exit ramp when steering column became very loose in all directions, steering column began to spin. Vehicle was towed to dealer and could not duplicate defect. Please provide further information. Prior to incident, consumer has been complaining about steering when driving at approximately 65 mph.
