Tcl( traction control) light on, brake tail lights on continuously while vehicle is parked and turned off. Brake tail lights discharge battery after a couple of hours while vehicle is parked and turned off. Dealer says brake switch is defective. This means that brake tail lights go on when they should not and may not illuminate when the brakes are applied.

Brake light came on & front pads had to be replaced & rotors were turned @ 21k on my 2004 mitzubishi Endeavor in 11/06. Then found out in 6/09 when the brakes were failing on me @ 47k miles a design flaw caused the pins to collect moisture & froze up & therefore caused the calipers to freeze up ruining the rotors & the pads. Since the rotors were turned @ 21k, the rotors needed replaced costing me over $1000. We also had water coming out of the blower motor causing it to fail.
