Tl-the contact owns a 2008 Mitsubishi Endeavor. The contact stated that after refueling, the vehicle failed to start. The accelerator pedal had to be depressed in order for the vehicle to start. In addition, the contact stated that two months later, the key became stuck in the ignition off position and failed to released. The contact also stated that while in park, the vehicle rolled away and crashed into the rear of another vehicle. The airbags failed to deploy. A police report was filed.
