Front Air Bag Problems of Mitsubishi Galant

While driving home from work on Friday, 4/20/2007 in my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant; I passed out behind the wheel from improper blood pressure medication causing my blood pressure to become too low. I apparently drove off the road onto a businesses property and struck the signs in the front yard. My insurance company has totaled my vehicle and says that based on the damage done to the car I must have been traveling at 35 mph upon impact and neither airbag deployed!.

I have had two car accidents in my 2007 gallant one in which my entire front end came off and no air bags deployed over $5500. 00 in damage the second one was a side impact in which my passenger doors were both hit and needed to be replaced and no air bag deployment.

Vehicle was completely stopped when rear-ended by chevy suburban traveling approx. 50 mph. Car was thrust forward over 50 and struck rear-end of pickup truck. Driver side seat broke on impact-caused seat to slide completely forward. No air bag deployment. Driver was restrained in seat belt, but still hit head on windshield resulting in brain injury.

Driver applied brakes at 25-28 mph and vehicle slid on leave covered road and rear ended another vehicle. Upon impact, neither air bags deployed. Driver sustained cuts and bruises. Vehicle was totaled.

Vehicle's air bags deployed without warning. As the consumer's daughter entered the garage, the air bag deployed without warning, and both the driver and passenger were injured. There was no impact when the air bag deployed, but afterwards the vehicle hit the wall.

There were no dual airbags inside of vehicle when he purchased it. Dealership is aware of problem.

While traveling about 35mph on a side street another vehicle veered in front of consumer's vehicle, and she hit vehicle head-on. Upon impact, driver's side seat belt broke, and airbags didn't go off. Dealership was aware of problem.

Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of 25-30 mph and neither air bag deployed. Dealer and manufacturer were notified. There were two injuries in the accident.

On January 30, 2002, I was in a car accident on interstate 78 express. I was going about 65-70 miles per hour in the right lane. A car merging into traffic crossed over the hazard lines and I swerved to avoid hitting the car. I was driving a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant ES. My car begin to spin and I drove into the guardrail, but my airbags did not inflate. My entire front end is damaged. My insurance company, selective insurance, considers my car to be a total loss.

I was involved in an accident that totaled this vehicle. Speed was approximately 65-70mph and the car rolled end to end and landed on its side. None of the airbags were deployed. Myself and my passenger are lucky to be alive. I would like to be contacted by a lawyer.

While driving at approximately 45 mph another vehicle backed out into consumer's driving path, resulting in a crash. Both frontal air bags in consumers vehicle failed to deploy during this impact. Consumer sustained back injuries. *note: consumer stated that vehicle had been in a front end collision prior to his ownership of vehicle.
