While at a red light another car rear ended consumer's vehicle. Consumer then hit the car in front, totalling vehicle. Neither airbag deployed.

Consuumer was traveling about 55mph on the highway when trailer truck veered into her lane. There was a construction zone lane. She applied the brakes and was forced into the guardrail. Dual airbags and seatbelt didn't work at all.

Was driving approx. 35-40mph when another vehicle ran the red light. The vehicle was broadsided by the Mirage. Upon impact, neither air bag deployed. The driver was slightly injured.

While driving at 35 mph rear ended another vehicle. Consumer applied the brakes and the brakes went straight to the floorboard, and vehicle didn't stop. Vehicle skided about 60 feet and collided with vehicle in front. It came to a stop, and the air bags on driver's side and passenger's side didn't deploy.

Consumer was slowing down to make a left turn when she was hit on the driver's side at approx 40-45mph. The air bags did deploy, but the driver side exploded.

While driving vehicle about 60 mph, consumer drove off the road on the gravel area and drove over a little dish, temporarily losing control of vehicle. Air bags deployed without a reason.

Air bags: was driving approximately 30mph , slowed down to come to a stop. Traffic ahead had stopped and vehicle didn't slow down in time enough to stop. Ran into the back of vehicle ahead, and neither air bag deployed.

Vehicle hit a drain in the yard at 5 mph and both frontal airbags deployed. Dealer can't find reason for problem. Driver sustained injuries. Mechanic wrote there was no damage to the front or rear of the vehicle to make the air bags deploy.
