Crankshaft Position Sensor problems of the 2004 Nissan Armada

Tl the contact owns a 2004 Nissan Armada. While driving 50 mph and approaching a stop light, the vehicle stalled and the check engine and other unknown warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was restarted and when the gear shifter was placed in drive, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the crankshaft position sensor failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired.
