2 Transmission Fluid Leaking problem

Failure Date: 10/19/2013

My 2004 Nissan pathfinder Armada, radiator had an internal leak witch made my transmission fluid mix with my coolant fluid an now I need a new transmission and a radiator . Nissan fails to help me with my issue. When there was a earlier lawsuit on a very similar if not the same problem with the Nissan trucks from 2005 to 2010 . I have now spoke with different mechanic's and they say that this is a very known issue with all their trucks. My truck only has 76,646 miles on it I was informed that my radiator had a warrant of only 36,000 miles witch I was not informed of when I bought this truck in 2008 because had I known about this I would have had them give me a new one right away. Please contact me at [xxx]. [xxx] thank you. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).
