3 Engine Cooling System problem

Failure Date: 11/05/2009

2005 Nissan Armada. . Have a hole in radiator that needs replacement. Has happened twice within the past two months. Had it replaced in August while on vacation then last week smelled the antifreeze and I took it to a dealer and they said there is a whole in the center of the radiator and we need a new radiator. We have a guard on bottom of truck to prevent this from happening and dealer says this is a rare occurrence with this model. Purchased the extended warranty and it is currently sitting at the dealer waiting to have an inspector come and see it so the warranty company can decide if it will be covered. Im still waiting for a decision on the first one which we paid out of pocket.
