The vehicle was inspected by a dealer who replaced the crankcase position sensor. Afterwards, the check engine continued to illuminate. There was a NHTSA recall, # 03v455000, regarding the engine and engine cooling. The vehicle was not included in the recall due to the VIN. The manufacturer was alerted.
