Tire Bubble Problems of Nissan Maxima

As a precautionary measure, I replaced a toyo tire (with less than 35,000 miles on it) on my 1999 Maxima. An exterior bubble began to appear in the sidewall of the passenger-side right front tire.

The contact owns a 2006 Nissan Maxima with goodyear eagle rsa size 24545r18. While driving 60 mph the vehicle vibrated and the right rear passenger tire side wall blew. The contact was able to pull over and changed the tire. The contact stated there were visible signs of cracks or bubbles. The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Maxima. The vehicle has goodyear eagle rs-a p245-45r18 tires. The contact stated that the passenger side front tire was making an unfamiliar noise. She believed that there may be a bubble in the tire. The mechanic stated that both rear tires had slits in them and would be recalled due to a manufacturer defect. The dot number was unknown.
