2 Manifold/header/muffler/tail Pipe problem

Failure Date: 11/08/2018

I purchased the 2014 Pathfinder March 2018 with 27k miles. Oct. 2018 during starting of the vehicle I noticed excessive amount of smoke coming from the tail pipe. My mechanic checked the truck and informed me oil was leaking from the engine into the cylinders. I contacted Nissan corp and was informed to take it to a local Nissan dealer. The dealer found the transmission was going bad, wheel barren. They returned the vehicle back to me after a week. The next day, the truck was smoking again everytime I would start the ignition. Tried to trade the truck for another make. I can't too much equity. I only had the truck for 8 months. Dec. 5th 2018, check engine light is on and low oil pressure light is on. Excessive smoke still comes from the tail pipe when the truck is started. Returned truck back to Nissan dealer for repair.
