Passengers are getting trapped inside vehicle and locks cannot be secured from outside due to a defect within locks and alarm system. Dealer has had vehicle 8 times, but cannot determine cause or fix defect. Consumer states parts have been replaced 6 times and locks have not worked since purchase of vehicle.
