Tl the contact owns a 2010 Nissan Rogue. While driving at unknown speeds, the vehicle stalled without warning. After the accelerator pedal was depressed several times, the vehicle restarted and an abnormal cracking noise was heard. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the differential needed to be repaired and there was no warranty. The vehicle was taken to pomoco Nissan of hampton (1134 w Mercury blvd, hampton, va 23666, (757) 206-2704) where it was diagnosed that the kick panel harness connector needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 73,952.

2 Differential Unit problem

Failure Date: 08/06/2010

The contact owns a 2010 Nissan Rogue. While traveling 15-30 mph and turning in any direction the contact heard a vibration inside and outside of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where the contact had the rear differential and transmission replaced; however, the failure was still present in the vehicle. The VIN was not available. The current mileage was 1500 and the failure mileage was 10.
