The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving 55 mph, there was a loud banging sound coming from the top of the vehicle. The contact pulled over into a parking lot and inspected the vehicle but found no failure. The contact arrived to the destination and parked the vehicle and became aware that there was an unknown material coming from the top of the vehicle. The vehicle was then taken to the residence, and the contact became aware that the sunroof had exploded. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 64,000.
The contact owns a 2023 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving 45 mph, the sunroof exploded without impact. There was an abnormal popping sound detected before the failure. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was determined that the sunroof needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 8,001.
