I was driving back home from from the store my two year old daughter was in the back seat in the car seat properly strapped. The drive is about a ten minute drive back to our home. As I was driving I noticed my daughter hit very quite when I️ turned around she had wrapped the adult shoulder seat belt strap around her neck three times and was starting to choke. Currently I am nine months pregnant as had to untangle her while I was driving to keep her from choking. This issue is of extreme concern to me and my family as she is two years old and I have the proper car seat for her and I found she had wrapped the seat belt around her neck three times in a matter of seconds this could easily have lead to severe trauma and death let me know what documentation you need to begin an investigation on this I have the car seat model and another vehicle that I use the same model car seat with and my daughter cabrera even reach the adult seat belt please let me know what steps need to occur to get this issue resolved by Nissan. Vehicle was in motions within the city.

Passenger air bag is not reading adults. Dealership has fixed once, was involved in accident, did enough damage to damage radiator, and airbags did not go off. I had a 14 year old in the front seat. My passenger air bag is once again not reading. This was my most recent incident with my vehicle. I was making a left hand turn, when accelerating my vehicle seemed hesitant and momentarily stalled withing my turn. This has happened numerous times, while trying to accelerate. My car had been warm during each time. My transmission has already started slipping, I was notified there was a recall on my vehicle for the transmission. My back seats seem to vibrate. They vibrate so much, they move side to side at high speeds on the highway. (70 mph) this is the legal speed in my area. I feel my vehicle is a lemon with all the recalls that have been fixed ion it already and is not safe. My total millage is about 63000.

I have a 3 seater, during a rear end collision, the middle seat swung back and locked with the 3rd seat. When the seat locks there is no space between the seats; if some is sitting in the back the legs will be crush during a collision. My 5 year old granddaughter was seating in her car seat and by a blessing of god, she was able to raise her legs because they are short. The middle seat is not properly locked.

I own a 2009 Nissan Rogue with 44,000 miles on it. About 3 weeks ago my driver's seat wouldn't open from the outside, and about a week ago the same thing happened with the passenger seat. I am now obligated to enter my car through the back seat. I did my research and found that this has been happening to many Rogues and there are even recalls on some model years (except for mine of course). The service department at the hudson Nissan on route 440 in jersey city, NJ want to charge me $130. 00 just to take the door apart to see what the issue is. Needless to say I did not agree with the price. What do I do? I have a nearly new car that I can't get into and this is a Nissan issue as it has happened to many Rogue owners.
