Tire Tread/belt Problems of Nissan Rogue

Tires---kumho solus kl 21 225/65r17 bought 2 on 1/11/21--mileage on vehicle at time was 46798 bought 2 on 4/12/21--mileage on vehicle at time was 51487 in January 2023 the vehicle began having noticeable vibration and "road" noise. Took it to the business where tires were purchased and had them rotate the tires. Over the course of 2 weeks the vibration and "road" noise became more prominent. I then took it to another business and asked them to take a close look at the tires and check balance on each. They found 2 that had large bulges in the tread area and 2 that had smaller bulges in the tread. I have turned the tires in to business where they were purchased to be returned to manufacturer for inpection.
