general problems of the 2013 Nissan Sentra - part 2

I have gotten 6 recalls for my car when I bought it 3 months ago from crowly kia in bristol CT. 5 of the recalls are for airbags and 1 of them is for the electrical and they all popped up on my credit karma account all in red, so I'm taking that as they need to be fixed and I have called Nissan and they are saying that non of them are showing up in their data base but why do I have them on credit karma all in red? I have them all printed up with the campaign number and recall id number and credit karma is telling me that they need to be fix which is why they are in red and not green. So can someone please call me and explain this to me and I can tell there is something wrong with the electrical system which is one of my recalls. My number is (860)�776-8239.

A couple of weeks after I purchase the car, I notice that the light kept coming on weather someone was seating there or not. I got a recall notice in the mail and I took my car in for inspection to the dealer. After that they light still kept coming on. I took it back again one more time and they gentlemen said that everything look good. Well up to this date, the light is still coming on weather someone is seating in the passenger seat or not. I don't know what to do, because I've already taken it back twice and they keep telling me that everything is okay. I fear for my passenger when I have them in my car. Please help me out.

I have dropped my friend and even after that passenger airbag was on. There is no airbag warning if the passenger does not wear seat belt. Not sure if that is the missing feature in the car. Nissan dealer says that car does not have a feature to warn if passenger does not wear seat belt.

While riding in the passenger seat, the airbag disabled light is still illuminated, leading me to believe that the airbag is disabled even though there is a full grown adult in the seat. It shuts off intermittently, but on today's 6 hour drive it did not turn off once even though there was someone occupying the seat.

I was hit on the passenger side and when the air bags came out it hit my wrist and broke it in half.

Issue1: the occupant classification system (OCS) software incorrectly classify the passenger seat as empty, when it is occupied by an adult. This is happening when the vehicle is in motion or stationary. This life-threatening problem substantially impairs the use and value of my vehicle and also it creates a serious safety hazard. I have been harassed by the local dealer due to their repeated ineffective attempts to fix this issue. Issue2: groaning sound from brakes when driving downhill. Local dealer couldn't able to fix this issue.

The vehicle was purchased 7/2013 almost immediately began have the passenger's airbag problems. Indicate airbag was off while a passenger was in the seat. Dealer could not detect a n error code so no repair was made. My vehicle wasn't include in recall campaign 13v06900. The problem continued dealer again could not find any problems or error codes. Vehicle was recalled as a result of recall campaign 14v13800. After the software update was completed the problem continued. The problem was video taped by cell phone. Dealer has vehicle now . A loaner car of the same year make and model was provide. Dealer asked us to recreate the problem. The problem was recreated and video taped. When an adult is sitting in the passengers seat dash light indicates airbag for front seat passenger is off.

Since purchase, the light indicating "passenger airbag off" is mostly on even when an adult is correctly sitting in the passenger seat. I called Nissan as soon as we bought it and they said it had to go to the dealer for a checkup. The first 3 times we took it in, they told us that nothing was wrong. The fourth time, March 22, 2014, they told us they replaced the defective part. Soon after we realized that the problem persisted. We took it in again today and they told us that, again, they were unable to replicate the issue on their computer.

The issue began almost immediately after purchasing this vehicle. The passenger airbag would randomly go off, while the passenger was sitting in the seat. Shortly after noticing this Nissan put out a recall on this vehicle. We have now taken it back to the dealership 2 times, and although they told me the problem was fixed, both times, it continues to exist. I have spoken to Nissan corporate around a dozen times. They have no sense of urgency, and each conversation has to happen 48 hours apart, for some strange reason. I am still waiting for another callback so a specialist can now come to look at my vehicle. An appointment like this takes a more than 4 weeks to arrange; again, no urgency. Each time they make me schedule something, I have to take a day off of work, because they cannot accommodate evening schedules. I have expressed my concern over the dangers with this issue, yet it seems as though Nissan does not care. Quite frankly, I am nervous to have people in the passenger seat of my vehicle. It is a bit strange to have my wife sit in the back seat, but this beats having to worry about dangers of sitting in the front seat.

Takata recall. When yu take off & it gets up in speed the car jerk. When you stop at a red light or stop sign & then go, it jerk like it's trying to take off. But it barely move & jerk pretty hard. It seem like the car transmission is not changing out. While the car is jerking when you take off. It's like the idles up & down. When you brake it sounds like you walking on squeaky hard wood floor. The airbag does not work at all. I.

Funny, I have had my 2013 Sentra to falhaber Nissan 6 times for this same brake issue, air bag (there was a recall on it), and the a-pillar on the driver side keeps coming loose. To date I still have the grinding noise and brake issue along with the a-pillar coming loose which the air bag is located behind. I have been told it was in my trunk, my license plate vibrating and even stated to me they don't know what the problem is. I bought a brand new car, why lie to me? fix the problem or return my money is how I feel. My safety and others with me is too important. I have also experienced the decrease in acceleration thankfully, not while in traffic. I thought that was the cvt transmission. Ben from falhaber stated to me a couple times along with others from Nissan consumer affairs that no one else has reported this. Again, another lie after reading all these posts. I have filed for the lemon law refund.

Takada recall, my vehicle has been in the shop for an airbag recall but is not listed as an affected vehicle when I check the VIN #, also, the center seat belt in the rear seat has never worked, the seat belt will not latch, this is a very serious issue and also a violation of the law due to seat belt laws.

The passenger airbag is deactivated light comes on randomly. I took the car to the dealer for a recall on this matter. After the software upgrade, the light showing the passenger airbag deactivated started coming on randomly. Sometimes with people sitting in the seat it would also come on. I took it to the dealer the other day and the service manager said he calibrated it shouldn't happen anymore. Two days later it came on again. . With all the problems with airbags, this is very scary. Even if the light stops coming on, how will I know if it is really fixed.

Air bags on passenger side do not work all the time if someone is sitting in the seat. Light stays on even an adult is sitting in the seat.
