Tl the contact owns a 2012 Nissan Versa. The contact stated that the engine was making an abnormal thumping noise. The vehicle was taken to jeff wyler kings Nissan (401 milford pkwy "a" milford OH, 45150) where the contact was informed that the failure was due to broken coil springs on the suspension and damaged front struts. The vehicle was not repaired as the dealer informed the contact that the vehicle was not purchased in ohio, the were unable to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and of the dealer's inability to repair the vehicle. The failure mileage was unknown. Jw.
