One problem related to automatic transmission control module has been reported for the 1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Failure of part nos. 12533714 (socket) and 12101854 (connector) resulted in the anti-lock brakes and traction control to be disabled. Additionally, tail lights did not function properly.
