Front Air Bag Problems of Oldsmobile Silhouette

While turning left the vehicle was involved in side collision. No report of air bag deployment. As a result, driver sustained head and hip injuries.

While driving at 50 mph consumer took the wrong road and ended up on a dead end road. Consumer slammed on the brakes to avoid crashing into the guard rail, but crashed into it anyway. Upon impact, none of the frontal air bags deployed. No injuries were reported due to the occupants being retrained in the seat belts.

While traveling east on I-40 at 70 mph, consumer was cut off by another driver. He tapped his brakes to take cruise control off and he lost control, the vehicle rolled over, and none of the airbags deployed.

Vehicle was invoved in an accident with another vehicle tha t ran a stop sign in front of consumer's vehicle. Causing frontal and side impact at aprox 60-65 mph. All air bags, including side bags failed to deploy. Dealer/ manufacturer notified.
