Side/window Air Bag Problems of Oldsmobile Silhouette

It just all of a sudden stop working this is a constant problem non stop I bought fuse and that didn't work I got new lights park aid stop working, both heated seats stop working, electrical gone bad in the whole.

: the contact stated while driving 10-15mph and turning left another vehicle ran a stop sign and crashed into the side of the vehicle. Upon impact, the frontal and side airbags failed to deploy. There was a police report filed at the scene. Although, all three of the occupants were wearing seat belts minor injuries were sustained. The vehicle was determined totaled by the insurance company. The manufacturer was alerted and is sending an inspector to inspect the vehicle.

Passenger side side airbag deployed upon closing door. This is located in the drivers seat and is also called a side curtain air bag. Would like investigated by gm. This vehicle does have a sdm module that should have data they could retreave. Airbag has not been repaced as of yet. Interior molding was damaged due to impact with air bag. Vehicle was running and in park.

The consumer's vehicle was hit on the driver's side door by another vehicle. Upon impact air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained two broken ribs, and was taken to the emergency room to receive treatment. The vehicle was totaled. The manufacturer felt that the impact wasn't sufficient enough to deploy the driver's airbag. (side pushed in 11 1/2 inches).

The metal frame seat bolster on the driver's side in my 1998 Oldsmobile Silhouette has broken through the foam cusion and has begun to damage the leather. I am concerned that if this vehicle were in an accident the metal would impale the driver. I have contacted general motors several times only for them to tell me someone would have to be injured before they would recongnize this as a problem. A relative has the exact same Mini-van (year and model) and is experiencing the same problem. I have received an estimate of repair from an independent auto upholstery shop and found it interesting that when I told the gentleman what type of vehicle it was he knew exactly what the problem was prior to looking at the vehicle. He indicated that he has repaired many of these. We also found out that general motors has redesigned the drivers and passengers seats in the Silhouette, either providing more seat frame protection or removing the metal portion that is protruding from my vehicle.

Airbag light came on. Took vehicle to dealer, and dealer stated that both driver's side and passenger's side airbags would not deploy. . Dealer replaced both passenger's side and driviers side sensors. Please provide any further information.

While traveling east on I-40 at 70 mph, consumer was cut off by another driver. He tapped his brakes to take cruise control off and he lost control, the vehicle rolled over, and none of the airbags deployed.

Consumer was broadsided and door side airbags did not deploy. The entire family in the automobile was hurt.

When van was hit on the passenger's side between the two tires, there was no deployment of the passenger's side air bag. Van was being repaired. Damages totaled $9,000. 00. Please provide any further information.
