Nine problems related to engine cooling system have been reported for the 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
After refilling vehicle with oil many time had taken vehicle to dealer where they found out a leakage on bottom of the engine. Please provide more information.
While driving at any mph engine will overheat without a prior warning. Consumer had contacted dealer. Please provide more information.
Serpentine belt tensioner bolt sheared off, resulting in loss of power steering/ engine cooling/ and alternator function. Very difficult to repair as to limited engine compartment clearance.
Vehicle experiences stalling, consumer stated the vehicle stalled on a freeway, the water pump was replaced and there was an oil leak.
Vehicle lost all power when the serpentine belt sheared off completely. Vehicle started to smoke in addition, water pump leaking . Power steering pump pulley cracked.
Engine cooling system continaully overheating, replacement of the belts, radiator cap and hoses have not rectified failures. Mjs.

Although we got our vehicle in June '96, we've had repeated electrical problems. The most serious were the dashboard lights failed several times, the electrical locks on the sliding doors failed several times, the windshield wipers failed seven times!!!, the radio was replaced, the water pump was replaced, the battery was replaced, the body module was replaced 20aug97, sliding doors had to be adjusted to open properly 07oct97 mileage 9502, power distribution center was replaced 11dec97 mileage 10360, had to hold turn signal stalk down to keep high beams on at night due to faulty muti-function switch on several occasions, heater hose had to be replaced 24feb99 mileage 18494.
Water pump is leaking.
